à la carte sundays
On Sundays we now are offering a selection à la carte snacks for walk ins.
The menu will vary each week and features dishes and snacks from the tasting menus we offer.
This is suited those who just want to catchup, have a light lunch, or want to give Pilot a taste test. The full drinks list including by the glass, bottles, cocktails and non alcoholic drinks are available too.
If you would like to come for a drink and a snack on a Sunday with a larger group send us and email and we can see if we have space available for you.
BYO Thursdays | SUPPORT ACT
The idea is simple. If you wish to pay corkage select your amount and 100% of the proceeds will go to our chosen organisation for the month.
Music Matters!
If you love music like us we welcome you to BYO this July with all the proceeds of corkage going to Support Act.
This is another organisation close to our hearts as Mal’s mum has been able to access support over the years. Since 1997 Support Act has provided crisis relief, mental health and wellbeing support to musicians, managers, crew, music workers and organisations across all genres of music. We are so thankful for the support they have given Dj and many others in the music industry and believe there's no better time than to give back than now!
To keep in theme we are also gifting one Pilot experience a week for the month of July to people in the Canberra music industry doing it tough. If you know someone who would appreciate a nice meal out send us an email with a little story about them, and their contact details and we will reach out to them if we can arrange it.
